The first is our well-established and much loved ‘Beginners Day’. If you are fed up with cooking the same old burgers and sausages and would love to cook up a feast to share, then this course is for you. You will learn fire lighting techniques and fire pit management including which fuel to use, how much and when to add more. How to use the Grill, Cooking Tray & dutch ovens to cook a variety of easy-to-replicate dishes at home will also be taught, as will fire pit cooking skills, including cooking times and how it is affected by weather conditions.

New for 2023 we are also delighted to offer a more advanced course called “Advanced Entertaining” which has come about by popular demand from those who have already done the beginners course! On this one-day hands-on course, the skills of the beginners’ course will be built upon and a more advanced set menu, taking you through canapés and starters to the main course and pudding will be covered in the order that you would serve it up to your guests.

We have also been asked about group bookings and corporate days and in 2023 we are thrilled to be able to cater for groups of up to 20 people.
