This weeks recipe from our live cookout is an indulgent and easy hot chocolate, which you can make your own with your favourite toppings.
Makes 4 mugs
- 600ml milk
- 100ml double cream
- 150g chopped chocolate – dark
- Squirty Cream
- Chocolate chips, sweets, marshmallows nuts, sprinkles
Pour the milk and double cream into heavy based saucepan over your fire. While it is heating up chop the chocolate and then add to the milk. Allow to come slowly to the boil, whisking until smooth.
Pour into individual mugs, top with squirty cream, and your selection of toppers. Enjoy!
