- 200g dark chocolate
- 42g unsalted butter
- 240ml carton double cream
- 150ml milk
- Bag marshmallows, for dipping
- Fresh Strawberries, Bananas or other fruit
Put the chocolate, butter, cream and milk into a saucepan, place above your fire pit on the Woodee Grill or Lid then heat gently, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Thread marshmallows or fruit onto skewers, then carefully toast on the fire, or leave cold. Dip into the hot fondue and eat immediately. Enjoy!
